Why you shouldn't miss this event.

AI is still treated as a technology project in many organizations. That perspective is too limited.

With Agentic AI, systems are emerging that no longer merely support work, but take over tasks, prepare decisions, and intervene in operational processes. This shifts central leadership questions: Who decides? Who is accountable? Who trusts whom, and on what basis?

Hardy Kuhn speaks from the practical experience of a company that is not only discussing Agentic AI, but developing it.

This Leadership Dialogue is for leaders who want to understand early which questions they need to ask before AI becomes operational normality.

What you will take back into your leadership practice

You will gain rare first-hand insight into how Agentic AI is being explored and developed at SAP.

You will gain clarity on how decision-making, responsibility, and trust shift under AI conditions.

You discuss confidentially with leaders who do not want to delegate AI to IT.

"AI is everywhere. Leadership isn't.
How does leadership change in times of AI?"
with Hardy Kuhn on 6th of November 2026

Hardy Kuhn
is Head of Service Management Solutions at SAP. With deep experience in enterprise technology leadership, he works at the forefront of Agentic AI, service innovation and trustworthy AI, bringing a rare inside perspective on how intelligent systems are reshaping work, decisions and accountability.

Event description

We are living witnesses to a breathtaking acceleration of change caused by Artificial Intelligence. But witnessing is not enough - as leaders we need to be involved and shape this change.

Hardy Kuhn is leading a team at SAP that develops Agentic AI, building systems that don't just support decisions but increasingly participate in making them. In this Leadership Dialogue, Hardy speaks from his experience: what it means to build and use AI, how this changes teams and roles of individuals, and what happens when "intelligence" scales beyond the reach of individual judgment.

He doesn't come with definitive answers. This challenge is genuinely unprecedented — and he knows it. Instead, Hardy opens the floor: to your experiences, your doubts, your questions, and the concerns you may not yet have said out loud.

This is not a panel. It is a conversation among leaders navigating the same terrain, from different vantage points.

Testimonials from our Leadership Dialogues

These Leadership Dialogues are an exciting format for exchanging ideas with other executives on highly current topics. Through the input of an expert, the practical knowledge gained from experience is complemented by theoretical perspectives. The shared exchange is at the heart of the format, which is why learning from one another plays a crucial role during the events."

Nina Lehmann, Project Manager Labor Market and Education

Metropolitan Region Rhine-Neckar GmbH

The Leadership Dialogue is an amazingly open and modern format for everyone interested in current developments and challenges in the context of leadership. It allows participants to immerse themselves in the insights of the respective expert as a group and, through dialogue and direct exchange with the other participants, to explore different perspectives and thoughts on the topic. The event has always been valuable for me, and I am looking forward to participate in the next one.”

A special setting for real leadership conversations

Agentic AI raises questions that cannot be answered in a presentation.

That is why this Leadership Dialogue combines practical insight from inside SAP’s engine room with confidential exchange among experienced leaders.

Instead of polished slide presentations, you will experience a dialogue where doubts, ambivalence, and uncomfortable questions also have a place.

A special venue: the Barrios Lounge in Mannheim

The Barrios Lounge provides the right setting for this dialogue: personal, lively, and informal enough for open and lively conversations.

After the thematic part of the evening, the exchange continues over a Cuban dinner and cocktails, often where the best thoughts emerge: not at the podium, but in conversation.
